We are delighted to announce that our project at Wixams Retirement Village has been chosen as a finalist in the CFJ/CFA Awards 2021, ‘Flooring in residential developments & social housing’ category.
As part of the construction of Wixams Retirement Village, a new care community in Bedfordshire, we supplied a host of subfloor preparation and adhesive products to Unite Flooring for the installation of luxury vinyl tiles and carpeting throughout the apartments and communal areas.
Our work on the project included advising Unite Flooring on a number of solutions and products to overcome high moisture levels in the subfloor. This led Ben Hinchliffe, Operations Director at Unite Flooring, to comment:
