Terms & Conditions of entry for the prize draw to win a Bostik beanie and two cartridges of P95 TURBO-FIX

1. The promoter is Bostik Ltd. (company no. 68328), whose registered address is Common Road, Stafford, ST16 3EH.

2. The promotion will run from 12:00am (GMT) on Monday 11th March 2024 to 11:59am (GMT) on Monday 18th March 2024.

3. Entrants must live in Great Britain and be over 18 years old. Entry is not open to family members of those employed by Bostik Ltd or Arkema, or anyone else otherwise connected to the promotion.

4. To enter, entrants must like the Bostik Facebook competition post, follow the Bostik UK – Professional Flooring page and comment their favourite Bostik product.

5. An entry must occur during the promotion period to be eligible to win. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries received after the closing date.

6. Entries are limited to one per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted.

7. There will be three winners. The winners will be selected by a prize draw to be held by the promoter.

8. The winners will be contacted by the promoter via Facebook.

9. The winners must communicate with the promoter, within 72 hours of being informed that they have won a prize and provide sufficient details to enable the promoter to arrange to deliver the prize to them. In the event that the winners does not, within 72 hours of being informed that they are the winners, provide sufficient details to enable the promoter to arrange delivery, the promoter reserves the right to select alternative winners for that prize from all other proper and valid entries that were received for promotion. Failure to claim the prize by the time or in the manner specified will make any claim to the prize invalid.

10. The prizes are a Bostik-branded beanie hat and two cartridges of P95 TURBO-FIX stair nosing adhesive.

11. A suitable time and date for delivery of the prizes will be agreed with the winner. The promoter cannot be held responsible for failure to deliver as a result of industrial action or other circumstances beyond its control. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equivalent value. Accepting the prize may give rise to a tax liability which will be each winner’s responsibility.

12. By taking part in this promotion, an entrant is agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. If an entrant does not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, they should not enter this promotion.

13. The promoter reserves the right to alter, amend, or foreclose this promotion without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant and/or select an alternative winner in the event the promoter believes that any entrant has contravened any of these terms and conditions.

14. The promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the promotion or as a result of accepting a prize.

15. The name of the winner will be available by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Edson Evers PR Ltd, Stafford Enterprise Park, Weston Road, Stafford, ST18 0BF. Entrants are agreeing to have this information supplied to those who request it as part of the terms of entry.

16. The promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

17. English law applies, and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts shall prevail.
