Jake brings 15 years of construction industry expertise, starting in industrial flooring where he specialised in warehouse floor repairs and screed installation. His hands-on experience led him into flooring sales, and since joining Bostik as an Area Sales Manager, he’s worked his way up to National Sales Manager.

His experience with one of the UK’s largest distributors and a commercial flooring contractor adds depth to his role at Bostik. With 18 years in the flooring industry, Noel’s journey began behind the wheel at Concept Flooring Supplies, where he worked his way up to Warehouse Manager. After moving into sales with Polyflor, he joined Bostik in 2018. His diverse experience, from distribution to manufacturing, means he knows the industry from every angle.

Stepping straight into construction sales at 18, Harry built a strong foundation across nearly 10 years in the industry, joining Bostik in 2021. He’s passionate about the future of flooring and the innovations shaping the industry. Off duty, he keeps match fit as a Level 3 football referee in the Isthmian League and National South/National League as an assistant referee.
